SWIRCA is in need of more servers! We currently have 18 people signed up. They have requested up to 30.

If you have your volunteer server's permit, please consider signing up for a two hour shift. If you do not have your server's permit, please consider getting it! You can work on receipt pending issuance of your permit, so it is not too late. The volunteer server's permit is just $15. You also need to take the training test to serve.

There may be some need for volunteers without server's permit. I am waiting to hear back from the SWIRCA people on this. Stay tuned.

Didn't see my name on the list... I was planning on being there for load up/setup/teardown. I have a trailer if we need to haul things over to the field...

I posted on the Board Members board with the beer I have available as well...

The serving schedule is below. These names will be given to SWIRCA to get into the event free of charge. If you are listed as an OVHA server, then you will be serving at the OVHA tent. If you are listed as a SWIRCA server, then you will be placed somewhere by SWIRCA for your two hour shift. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know.

SWIRCA is in need of volunteers to set up on Saturday morning and tear down after the event. If you are interested in helping in this capacity, then you would gain admission to the event of free of charge. Please contact Rachel at rsievers@swirca.org for details.

Can 2 folks on the late SWIRCA shift swap with Cesar and I on the early SWIRCA shift?? Our babysitter may not be available to get us there before 6. We didn't realize we signed up for the early shift!
