Please pass the word around about this program coming up in June.
The Evansville-Vanderburgh Public Library will highlight four books throughout the summer reading program and pair programming with each book. The first book, for June 1st-14th, is “Dirty Life” - about homemade/home grown products.
On June 11th, 6:30pm, at the Central Library, local homebrewer Michael Erwin will present the ancient art and modern science of beer brewing in a basic introduction to homebrewing. What is the difference between an ale and a lager? How are barley and other grains used to make beer? Where does the alcohol in beer come from? What are the 23 different styles of beer?
