Looking for suggestions for meeting tech topics for 2014. A few topics have already been added to the calendar but there are still some holes to fill.

I think "secondary" additions would be a good topic. (I.e. Dry hopping, coffee, Bourban and oak, vanilla, etc.)

A topic suggestion: going from bottles to kegs.
- the pros and cons
- pinlock v corney
- used v new
- equipment requirements and typical setup
- what changes when going from bottle conditioning to keg conditioning?
- CO2 issues:
-- how is CO2 regulated at the tap?
-- are there limits on where kegs are stored vs where tap is installed?
-- multiple kegs but only one CO2 supply: how does that work?
-- what happens when CO2 runs out, can I still get beer out?
- where to get CO2 refills
- length of time a keg is good once beer comes out of secondary.
