So you think your plate chiller is clean??

I pretty much always run pbw through my chiller after brewing and thought I was cleaning good enough. This is what is still coming out after flushing it for 30 min with commercial cleaners and acid. One of the benefits of working at a brewery...

Took all of my taps off the kegerator and cleaned them today.
