I'm retiring from teaching this class next year. If you would like to take over, send me a PM and I'll pass your name along.
Class material costs and a stipend are provided. I ran it four Saturdays in the spring the first year and three Saturdays the second time but you would be open to develop your own curriculum and schedule. For a spring class, all the details need to be worked out by October 30.

Are they students or a labor pool, can this line be fuzzy at all?
Who keeps the beer of said "lab work"?

I set the class limit to 12 and they all had a "take home exam" to learn bottle conditioning of the finished beer. We did two batches; an extract the first class, BIAB all-grain the second, and then bottled the third, skipping a week in between for fermentation time. Arrangements were made to allow tasting of homebrew on campus in class.

BIAB, good lord, so much for standards and accredidation!

The technique has been thoroughly peer-reviewed.
