BIAB - Beersmith and a modified half barrel keg

Is there anyone on here that does BIAB in a converted half barrel keg and uses beersmith? I have some questions about water volume and some settings. I'm not hitting my targets. I'm using the amount of water beersmith is telling me, but seems to be to much. Just not sure what to adjust to get it right.

I've never gone to the BIAB side, or using beersmith, but possibly adjust your boil off percentage lower. That should make for a smaller preboil volume, thus less water needed. If you're not boiling off 10% per hour, you should seek ways to increase your boil off vigor to achieve the 10% min.
