News from SWIRCA!
Will you please let me know how many people and/or the names of those who will be coming with OVHA? I want to have their wristbands ready at our check-in table.

Also, the OVHA will be set-up in our Outer Concourse near the Outer Concourse Vendor & Volunteer Entry Gate. You can come anytime to set-up but all your volunteers need to be check-in at the check-in table no later than 5:30pm to receive their wristbands. You can also bring your products in their too since it is so close to where you will be set up. I have attached a map.
So, either meet up at Turonis to load our gear at 4 p.m. or get to Bosse field and the check-in table no later than 5:30!

If you did not sign up on the sheet at the last meeting, please list your name here so you will have a wristband waiting for you.

Can someone post a list of the servers times? I can't seem to remember which time slot I signed up for. See you guys at 530 Saturday.

Ask and you shall receive! Make sure you all have valid server's permits.
1st Shift: 6-8:00pm
Chris Norrick – World Class

Kim Armstrong – World Class
Jill Mecklenborg – World Class
Aaron Royer – World Class
Tony Reising – World Class
Danny French – Monarch
Dwayne Delaney – Monarch
Michael Erwin – Monarch
Dutch DeHaan – Monarch
Abby Buttrum – Spirits Zone Check-in Table (they will need to mark every person’s hand with a permanent marker before they enter into the Spirits Zone, each guest can only enter 2 times. Once their hand has been checked twice they cannot enter the Spirits Zone again.)
Brandon Taylor – Spirits Zone Check-in Table
Jeff Smith – Spirits Zone Exit Security (no one can enter into the Spirits Room exit and Jeff will need to monitor that area to make sure that no one enters and also that no one exits with a spirits sample still in their hand. We cannot allow any hard liquor to leave the designated Spirit’s Zone area.)

2nd Shift: 8-10:00pm
Peter Frederick – World Class
John Mullins – World Class
Frank Tychek – World Class
Sky Buttrum – World Class
Jeremy Dunn – World Class
Cesar Gonzalez – Monarch

I will email those who included their email address and let them know their shift but post it on the OVHA website and let them know in case I cannot get in contact with some of them.

All of your OVHA members can come in and set up anytime but will need to check in at the Outer Concourse Vendor & Volunteer Entry at our check-in table to receive their festival wristbands no later than 5:30. Their names will be on the list. Those who are volunteering to pour will need to be at their vendor table by 5:30. Doors open at 6:00pm.
Those volunteers who are pouring the 2nd shift will need to report to their vendor table by 7:45 to relieve the 1st shift volunteers. Those pouring for World Class will need to go to their tables set-up in Craft Beer Corner (aka the Third Base Family section of Bosse Field). Those pouring for Monarch will need to go to their tables closer to the center of the Outer Concourse.

I have attached a map indicating the various entry gates into the stadium and the Outer Concourse Vendor & Volunteer Entry Gate where the check-in table will be set-up.

Let me know if you have any other questions. It is going to be great!
