Several people asked me about how to make Berliner Weisse at the Zoo Brew. The recipe came straight out of a podcast on Basic Brewing Radio www.basicbrewing.com Podcast is from July 26, 2012 and has a blog post and recipe link. All the info you will need. Beware the stinky, slimy mash!!
