I have come across an outfit named MONIN out of Clearwater Florida. The flavoring [APRICOT] is natural and contains NO PULP. Comes in 750 ml glass bottles for about 7$? It is relatively clear [golden color] and is sugar based so using it would most likely require potassium sorbate and artificial carbonation.
I will try an apricot wheat - real soon!
