As part of the New Member Packets we are putting together, it was suggested that we have a link / phone # / or email address, that will be tied to a helper / guru for certain items a new brewer might need in an emergency.
Our thought on this was to have experienced members that would be glad to help talk, or email someone through a unexpected brewing problem.
If you're willing to help with a particle part of the brewing - to - serving process, please PM me with what you are comfortable helping with, and how you wish to be contacted.
examples:
Type of grains I can use if you don't have enough of what the recipe is calling for and it's too late to shop. (Experienced recipe builder)
Should I brew today My yeast doesn't look right? (Yeast expert)
Having difficulty with my burner. (equipment guru)
There are many more, just think of some that you had in the past.
You can list below some types of help you would like to see listed.
