Ready to keg after a long break...but???

Greetings All,
I just decided to start brewing again and looking for any tip about getting my corny kegs ready after many years of inactivity. When I stored them I cleaned them and gave the seals a good coating to attempt to keep them from drying out.
I haven't looked at them yet but will get them out of storage tomorrow. Any tips on what I should check in order to ensure they are ready to go?
Also, any recommendations on where to buy supplies in Owensboro or are the only options what you have listed in Evansville?
Cheers!
