Very Dissapointed

Don Heisler should be dealt with, I clearly saw him spill nearly an entire beer last night. He swooped around and tried to hide his actions from the crowd but I saw what he did!
I reference our ancestors on this one;
The first record of a punishable “beer foul” can be traced back to the mid to late sixth century and therefore, can be considered a period practice to punish inconsiderate individuals who may show carelessness with crafted drinks. A great missionary, St. Columban, born in Leinster, Ireland provided strict guidelines over the careless spills of fine beverages. “Or if indeed what he spilled was much, as many measures of beer or portions of whatever things he lost by spilling in the event of neglect, let him supply for that number of days what he was used to receiving lawfully for his own, and let him know that he lost it for himself, so that he will drink water rather than beer.”
Do not pitty him but see that justice is done.
