Here is a link to the guidelines for all Beer Judge Certification Program Beer styles. http://www.bjcp.org/stylecenter.php
Fermentation temps are dependent on which variant of IPA you are brewing and/or blended style , ie. Belgian. But to keep it a clean ferment using Fermentis US 05 or Wyeast 1056, or White Labs 001 ferment at 65-68 degrees for 3 days then allow temp to rise to 68-71 to finish out.
Hop variety is dependent on style also. Easy rule of thumb if you like lots of hops is to use 2-4 times as many hops adding somewhere between 15 min to 1 min left in boil as your bittering addition.
You gonna buy one, or be one?
.....I'm gonna be one!
