Saturday, November 10, 2012 is the third annual Tap & Cork from 6-10 pm. Food, beverages, and entertainment is included in the ticket. Volunteers need not buy tickets. If anyone else wants a ticket contact John Mills.
Set up will begin around 4:30 pm at Holy Redeemer Parish at 918 West Mill Rd.
Please post here if you’re bringing a beer so that it can be included in the tasting booklet.

I plan on helping out. I'll have my Ace in the Hole Black Ale and an American Hefe.

I helped originate and organize this event for those that don't know. I am in a need of help of people with server permits to pour samples the last half if the event. Say 8-10:15 pm. If you can help, please sign up.
I will be able to bring root beer, as the Wandering Owl patrons didn't help much emoting the keg.

I'll be there, and can help John when needed.
I have an Oatmeal Stout, Imperial Stout (if there is any left in November) and a Honey Wheat I can bring.
I will help setup to and cleanup.

I have already committed to helping with the ticket sales (since Holy Redeemer is my church). However I am supplying an amber ale and possibly a chocolate brown ale (if it is fully carbonated).
I'm a little late on this so I'm sure it won't make it to the printers in time. I will try go be there to help with set up but will have to go to my other tasks later.

Looks to be 6-7 beers, plus I have 2 for the club booth (wit & Berliner Weiss, besides the rootbeer) I think if we can use the 7 tap box, and maybe a 3 tapper would be easier than the cart?
Any thoughts?

Just a thought...both of my kegs are the world class pin lock. Do we have two of those available on the "non-cart" setup?

We have the "alternate" type fittings in the club toolbox - but we like to keep it quiet!
