May have a source of apples for cier if anyone is interested. I will investigate mot likely tomorrow. One red delicious and one golden tree?
I have grinding equipment and hydraulic press to use if needed. I already have 18 gal fermenting [+ six gal frozen] so I cannot use any more.

Well John D and I visited a friend in Oak Meadows and gathered about 400#?? of apples resulting in about 25 gallons of real good cider from Red and Golden delicious apples. sg 152 WOW lots of sugar!!
Equipment worked great as crushing and pressing for all these apples took only about 2 1/2 hours!
