Margaritta Style Home Brew?

Sunday the Brewery was open and made a Margarita style home brew.
1. Can of pre Hopped Cerveza LME
2. juiced 10 Limes,5 lemons, 3 oranges
3. added 1 lb of DME
4. Boiled for 25 minutes
5. used a 1 oz of Aroma Hops (centenial)for last 5 minutes of boil
6. cooled to 75
7 added juice form juiced lemons, lime, orange
8 stirred in
9 pitched yeast...........

we will see. going to serve it with a salt rimmed mug.........

Sounds interesting. What size was your batch? I wonder how the citrus juice changed your wort pH. You didn't happen to take a pH reading did you?
You gonna buy one, or be one?

John,
That is something i did not do with this one. looking forward to seeing how it turns out as I am always trying something a tad bit different. Did a habanero raspberry brew some time back and it turned out really well. first taste of the berry and a little kick at the very end.
