recipe's
I'm getting set up to do some BIAB soon. Can anyone recommend some sources for solid recipe's? Right now I'm wanting a few tried and true recipe's for American pale ale, Irish red, and so on.

I use "Brewing Classic Styles" for a basis of a tested recipe and hopville.com has thousands of others to compare it too. BYO and Zymurgy both publish winning recipies. Northern Brewer publishes their kit recipies too. Daniels' "Designing Great Beers" is a great reference as well. And our What's in Your Fermentor thread is long and ripe.

+1 Brewing Classic Styles.
I also like to brew Don Heisler's "Red's Red". It is an excellent Irish Red and the recipe is posted here somewhere and also on his website.
If you really, really like cascade hops, I have a nice Pale Ale recipe that is my favorite. I got from the Brewing Network podcast called "Can you brew it". It is an Austrailian brewing company called Epic Brewing and the beer is Epic Pale Ale. Like 8oz of cascade hops over several late additions and dry hopping to boot. The IBU's are only about 45 but the flavor and aroma are awesome. Search this site as I have posted it a few times.
Let me know if you can't find these here using the search function here and I can get you copies.

If your beer doesn't come out exactly right, call a brew-over!

Brewing Classic Styles is a good source and if you liked any of our club members beers you can find a lot of then in our "Whats in your fermenter page".

BUT you might find that when you make someone else's recipe it doesn't come out like theirs.
Your brewing equipment, style, water, fermentation won't be identically like theirs and that will make some differences in the taste.
You will need to adjust somewhat for this, and that may take a couple of batches. So don't be disappointed if you brew someone else's recipe and it doesn't taste the same the first time.
And that's the fun part of brewing you get to drink all your mistakes.
