It's SWIRCA Fest time again. Please list what beers you'll be contributing to the event for publication in the program.

General Info:
Evansville’s first and most beer dense craftbeer festival is fast approaching. The South Western Indiana Regional Council on Aging (SWIRCA) festival is less than a month away. This was the event that got it all started for the OVHA festival scene and continues to be one of the best attended events for the club. They now advertise over 100 beers and over 100 wines, plus bourbon tasting at this event.

Our duties include helping the breweries and wineries set up their space (they are always very impressed by this), help relieve the brewery/distributors servers if they need a break (Indiana Servers License required), pour beer for some of the distributors, and last but not least, man our own booth and spread the word about homebrewing, hand crafted beer passion, and our club.

We need help setting up and manning our booth plus with the duties listed above. Signup sheets at the July meeting or post here if you won't be at the meeting and want to help out. Members contributing beer and time get in free if you are sporting your orange club shirt.

Abby and I will be there with a keg of Fire-Eater

I will be there. I have the Mountain Bog Grog, same as last year, and a Kölsch.

Elizabeth and I will try to make it. No promises, we'll bring our keg of "Bonzai Rye" to the July meeting.

I will have a kegs of:

Dark Mild (DDM BIAB)
Rainwater Stout
Cascadian Dark Ale
Berliner Weisse (Summer Sour)

If the goal of doing 3-gallon batches is to force me to brew more, it's working.

That's Frog Follies saturday again this year.
I will have a IPA, honey hef & Oatmeal stout there, but don't think I will get done in time to make the event myself.

I'll have a keg of rauchbier

I will be there with a black IPA and an amber ale. I can serve both sessions and assist in setting up and tearing down.

My brother and I signed up to help with the SWIRCA event, but we dont have club shirts yet. Will there be any available by then?

I think I announced 4:30, but if we meet at 4:00 and get all setup by 5:00 that will allow us to help the other vendors who are perhaps behind schedule.
