Would love to gain some great knowledge in Home Brewing. Have been home brewing for a short time and would like to learn more about this craft. My name is Don Pokorney and my email is donpokorney@yahoo.com

Welcome!!
Well - you are already a member of the group just by posting here on the message board.
Probably the best thing for you would be to check the calendar on our HOME page and come on out to our next meeting at Germania Mannerchor on Wednesday evening at 7PM May 30th.

Well hey! Don, that is exactly how I started. My brother in law showed me how to brew and I have been trying to improve my beers ever since. I hope you will come and learn from some of the best like I have !

Don
If your beer doesn't come out exactly right, call a brew-over!

Thanks Don! Have brewed an Irish Red Ale,mexican cerveza, an Aussie ale, and American Pilsner, High octane IPA, a Saison, autumn ale, and now a Kolsch. Loving every minute of it and wanting to learn more about this exciting craft!
