If anyone is wanting to serve any of the fine home brewed beers made by the club at any of the upcoming charity events, you will need to have at the minimum a volunteer's server permit with the Indiana ATC. Here is the link:
http://www.in.gov/atc/files/EmployeePermit_3_1-5-10.pdf
You are allowed to serve for 30 days without actually having in your possession the permit, as long as you have the copy of the money order you sent in.
Please post here if you are interested in taking the full server's training course in order to obtain your full server's permit. This will allow you to serve alcohol for anyone in the state, and is good for 3 years. Cost of the class is $25. The class will last about 4 hours.

Mostly painless. Use you license number and last four of SSN to login.

Direct ATC link: http://www.in.gov/atc/2641.htm

They charge you an extra $2.50 for "Enhanced Access Fee" and another $1.87 for "Instant Access Fee" what ever the hell that means. They charge you more for having to handle less paper work. Seems about right.

Your Bureaucracy hard at work - perhaps they are getting smarter by hiring marketing people!

It's painless unless you have loved outside of Indiana within the past 10 years. Then it's slightly more painful.

What if it was just a one night stand in Henderson?

The wife and I just got our server licenses (volunteer ... Hope that is the right one to get) we also both took the online server training course.
Does the club need copies of any of these so we can serve at functions?
