2565 Kolsch (2575PC whenever they offer it!)
As I mentioned to Patrick, I harvest my yeast, I think my third and fourth batches are the strongest in terms of yeast, and after that I start over. So, I probably would purchase each of these like 2-3 times per year.

I always like to keep Safale US-04 and US-05 on hand, but I also use Wyeast 1084 Irish Ale yeast. I want to try White Labs WLP 830 German lager yeast.
If your beer doesn't come out exactly right, call a brew-over!
