Excise laws

Post by Jim Dippel » Sat Nov 26, 2011 9:35 pm

I have contacted State senator Jim Thomes about the problems with the excise police and their interpretation of the law about serving at charitable events. He is willing to pursue this problem and he would like a clear explanation of what we want. His E-Mail is : senator.tomes@iga.in.gov
I would like someone that can give a concise explanation of this problem to e-mail him and let him know that it was the problem that I discussed with him. Thanks Jim dippel

OVHA's stance is that we were never directed we are doing anything wrong, and since where we were told there was issues with clubs participating in events - Indy, has relaxed and allowed clubs to participate, We, OVHA are participating as usual.
Cheers!
