This is my first serious attempt at an original recipe from scratch/inventory on hand. Anyone have any suggestions on what I should do different?

Amount Item Type % or IBU
11.00 lb Pale Malt (2 Row) US (3.0 SRM) Grain 89.8 %
0.50 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 10L (10.0 SRM) Grain 4.1 %
0.25 lb Chocolate Malt (450.0 SRM) Grain 2.0 %
0.25 lb Mild Malt (4.0 SRM) Grain 2.0 %

1.00 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.00%] (60 min) Hops 14.7 IBU
1.00 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.00%] (5 min) Hops 2.9 IBU

I have other yeasts, this just looked like a good (all around) choice.
