Extract Brewing 101/201

Post by Michael Erwin » Mon Mar 28, 2011 8:46 pm

Hey folks!

Due to work constraints, Don Armstrong will be presenting the topic tomorrow evening. Don is an experienced extract brewer who recently moved over to all-grain and has brewed damn-good beer both ways, so he knows this stuff backwards and forwards.

Also, he's using my notes, which is more of an Extract Brewing 201, how to make the best extract beer possible. So, it's really for people who have the basics down. But, I know that Don can answer any questions that come up, so if you're really new to brewing, he can help you.

Have a great meeting!
Michael Erwin

Some people say the glass is half empty.
Some say it's half full.
I just want to know who's drinking my damn beer!
