Phone: (812) 768-6176 earlier this summer. I expressed an interest in seeing how this sweet(and fermentable) syrup was made. Roy was kind enough to call me and extend an invitation to our group to see him make it. He will be chopping and pressing the cane today and tomorrow, and cooking the juice down Saturday. I won't be able to go until Saturday. If anybody is interested please post.
