Learn To Homebrew Day: November 6, 2010

Post by BREWsmith » Thu Oct 14, 2010 2:42 pm

The AHA's 12th Annual "Learn To Homebrew Day" (formerly Teach a Friend to Homebrew Day) is Saturday, November 6, 2010. The event is scheduled to be held in the parking lot of the Liquor Locker on Morgan Avenue and Stockwell Road just west of Green River Road. The start time has yet to be determined, but the store opens at 9:00am. Come brew or just share your wealth of knowledge. You might even learn something from some of our distinguished master brewers. If you plan to brew, let us know. We'll keep you posted as plans develop! A link to the AHA's LTHD web page is provided.

Great location!

Are there any issues with drinking beer on premises outside?

They are checking with the Area Beverage Commission. Tasting may have to be inside. I'll keep you posted.

We may need a bigger tent if we all bring our structure...
It will be a fun day.

I'm planning on being there and brewing. I also have been working on a new beer shelf. I guess I can unveil it now:

I even solved the shriveled willy problem...out of sight, out of mind!

I'll be there with the 10 gallon system but I doubt I'll have time to fire it up. I have to leave early :(
