Temporary Permit Number?

I am filling out my temp employee permit and need:

- Temporary Permit Number
- Date of Temporary Permit
- Location Where Temporary Permit is to be used

Does anybody here have this info??

For everyone I haven't met, I used to live in Evansville and was a member of OVHA. After moving home to Jasper, and missing having good friends to brew with, I decided to try to start my own club. I am happy to say that I have been the president of the Dubois County Suds Club since 2006 (although I still miss my OVHA buddies)!

Event is SWIRCA Beer & Wine Festival
Location is Casino Aztar's Events Plaza, Evansville IN
Judi would have the permit #.

The event number is TM0021235

Surprise, surprise, my Temp Employee (non-profit orgs only, $15 one) permit showed up in the mail yesterday. Didn't take as long as I thought!
