Now that you can't lift following your surgery, I think devising a "no lift" brewing process is needed. That youthful brawn, muscling that heavy equipment, won't Kast forever. But your desire for a good brew should.

H.E.R.M.S. manual build.This is a little rough right now but is in progress.It has a Long,Long way t go before mash worthiness.More to come.

Alright! I did see an Igloo "Cube" at Great Fermentations but didn't check the price. I think I got mine at Wal-Mart way back when. Or maybe Target. They seem to be a seasonal item.

Built my Mash Tun/HLT. Found a 48qt Colman Cooler at Sears for $8.95 and my hardware at Lowe's for about $30.

Built my Sparge system tonight. seems to work pretty well. We'll find out on Sunday 4/3
