Last fall i went to Oregon to see our first grandson.
I had the boy take me to some brew supply stores.
So i bought this Mac and Jack from (Lets Brew)web site
1lb Munich
1/2lb Crystal 80L
1/2lb Dextrin
1oz Chocolate
10lb 2Row
1oz Centennial leaf 60-90 min.
3/4oz Cascade leaf last 5min.
It should be ready for when they come to IN. this summer.

(I had such a big grain bed, I needed to use my RIMS and a burner to ramp up for mashout 168 F.)
Ferment at 68 F
Lost 1 qt of mash liquid, about at that end of the mash, this hurt my numbers.
