Saison from Big Brew 2014
Bottled it a couple weeks ago;opened a bottle to check CO2 progress.Tastes pretty good but, kinda,a lot like a Hefeweizen.I don't ubderstand what the 'peppery' thing is supposed to be.Definitely something extra there...hmmm.

Day Block Brewing Company's Belgian Pale Ale. The combo of fruity esters and cascade hops works. If they package yet I'll bring some home.

Across the street form my hotel is a sports bar (Freddy's @ Pierce) and they have quite a good craft beer menu. Not the Gerst Haus by any means, but pretty good for a strip mall in suburban central New Jersey
