Sky, you probably want to contact them at entry@indianastatefair.com to fix this. Since it is all electronic, scratching out the numbers probably won't work.

Mine were incorrect so
I just scratched the number out and wrote the corrext one in with a pen, i just turned in my entries so i hope they get it figured out

Not sure if the bar code changed when they updated the classes. Maybe worth a call or email. And yeah, as long as you have the correct "class" number, not 2015 BJCP category number, then I'd think an ink change would be OK. I suspect they will be doing that for the ones they get that have it wrong. I don't see them reprinting labels - unless they need a new barcode for scanning. If so, then they'll just reprint yours too. So, I think I convinced myself that yours will be fine.

Taking entries to Carson's tomorrow

Taylor Brunmett is heading up to Indy on Tuesday for business so he will run the entries by Sun King. I will pick them up from Carson's Monday afternoon and get them to him Monday night.

Taylor couldn't get them up here and keep them cold so I made the run. Brewer's Cup entries are delivered.

Are we going to have a booth at the reception this year? I wasn't sure if I needed to bring a keg or not.

I was told clubs are not having booths this year... I would hate to be the only club that doesn't. Somebody should email Sandy or one of the event people to double confirm

I responded back with my info so she could get us set up! We need to figure who can bring our jockey box and accessories. I definitely won't have any room, as my family is tagging along in our 200...I will bring a keg of wheat/Simcoe SMaSH though.

Please help in spreading the word, and bring a keg if you can!

I can bring the Big Brew Altbier and 1/2 keg pale ale. May leave SWIRCA short if they hit Altbier hard. I was planning for it then. I can bring keg of the sour 2015 beer?!

Do we have a volunteer to haul up the jockey box and accessories? I won't have time to go and get the equipment before leaving tomorrow.

Future board members need to note that the club needs to ask to serve and not assume an invite.

EDIT: Looks like we might have a lead on someone to haul the equipment.

How about some beer donations (without depleting SWIRCA supplies too much)?
