Rachel and I can help set up and year down if needed. I'm on call for work until 5:30p that day but as long as I don't get a call I can help!

There is a concern that the club may not have enough CO2 tanks to push all this beer, would anyone be willing to volunteer a CO2 tank for the night? We would be setting it around 2psi to push 12 beers through the taps, I wouldnt think that would drain the tank.

Couple if questions. When we come in to set up will the zoo allow us to leave and then come back in with no hassle? I'm on call for my job and it ends at 5:30 and I don't like the idea of leaving the laptop in my car all night out there. Also is there certain spots we should park or just wherever?

We will all be coming in and out frequently for loading and unloading. Once it gets close to go time there is a huge line that wraps all the way out to the road. so from 4 to probably like 615 there wont be much of a problem around 615-630 to about 715 it may be difficult to get out or come back in. once everyone attending is in then it will be simple to leave and come back again. I always park close to unload equipment, if they want us to move our cars they will tell us then.

I have a keg of the Big Brew Day black lager ready if you have room. I am rebuilding my deck so I will not be able to make it to Turoni's. If someone is coming from Newbrugh they could swing by and pick it up.

Just let me know if you have room on the cart.
