If the work schedule stays true, I'll brew all grain 10 gal Nut Brown Ale, and 5-10 gallons Belgian Wit at my house (inside) Friday 1/15. I'll start about 7:30 am after all my family has left for work/school. I'll be finished by 2:30 pm if anyone wants to come and witness, brew their own, or sample a few beverages just send me a PM for directions. I'm located near the zoo.

Anyone planning to brew and want some company? I have yet to start all-grain brewing so I would like to tag along somewhere if I could.

Tis the season to be brewing!

I'm hoping for a Friday brew. Looking to make a swartzbier based on Turoni's blacklight lager, but using belgian yeast instead,
and
an IPA. Not sure what yeast to use US 05 with ABV of 6-7% or belgian with ABV 7-8%?
or... just scrap the swartzbier and make a split batch American and belgian IPA!!!

So at 12 noon on Sunday everyone that's outside brewing, raise your glass and give a toast.

Will do! I'm going to try a Red Ale based largely on Mosher's IRA recipe in Radical Brewing. I'm hoping it turns out close to Odell's Red Ale.
