Josh I'd like to have all grain as well. I don't need DME as I now have a bigger pot to use for this brew. If you already have DME and it's too late to change it I'll stick with it. I didn't realize how close we were to the brew day.

I'm a Gemini so either one works.

An unforeseen conflict has come up with next Saturday (3/31/2018) and we need to reschedule.
