Amarillo Munich will be my contribution. I honestly have no idea how those two will pair. :beer9

Munich Mosaic was brewed last night.

5 gal BIAB, 5% abv, 25 IBU or so.

10 lbs American Munich
.5 oz Mosaic at 60
.5 oz at 15
.5 oz at 2
.5 oz dry hop

Did a small decoction during the mashout to get a little more color/flavor.

I used 2 packs of Swiss Lager dry yeast S-189, extra oxygen, and yeast nutrient, and it's sitting at 49 F this morning.

I've never had luck with lagers so I hope this turns out.

My Vienna/Northern Brewer turned out nice, but it definitely lacks complexity.

10 pounds Vienna
1 oz Northern Brewer @ 60
.5 oz Northern Brewer @ 10
1 oz Northern Brewer @ 5
1 oz Northern Brewer Dry Hop 14 Days
1 Pack Nottingham

Tapped the New Albion SMASH last night. I was pretty shocked at how nice it turned out. Im thinking I'd rather bring a growler of it to the OVHA June meeting and send the bottles in to the Brewers Cup.
