Chris - I have the banners and cards and brochures you gave me. I will bring them. I'll have beer, too, just not sure exactly what I'll have right now.

The event is around the lake. I plan to go over this week to check it out.

John, you can bring beer to the brewery, but I won't be there. Corey can store them for you.

We provide ice, cups and tables. Don Heistler requested 4 tables. Tasting samples should not exceed 3 ounces.
Jack Frey of Turoni's plans on arriving around 1:30 p.m. Does that work for you?
If your beer and supplies are in a pick up truck, you will be able to back up and unload. However, a box truck will not be able to fit in opening.
We will not have electricity available due to the current renovation and expansion project.
Thank you for everything. If you have any further questions, please let me know.
Have a good day.

Is someone bringing the Clubs Bourbon Barrel Ole Ale?
If not, I have a keg but it isn't carbonated yet. I can start tomorrow and force carbonate it if we are going to need it.
Since there's no reply I will get started tonight when I get home and force carbonate the Clubs BB Ole Ale I have.

I checked out the site today. It is btween the woods and lake behind the golf course. We can drive up the bike trail to unload. There is a big mound in the center. We can set up around the edge & be at the bottom of the mound or we can set up on top. We should be able to get the carts in, but we will need more trucks.

Staphanie is planning to order 15 20# bags of ice. I think that should be plenty. How much ice did OVHA use at BrewHaHa?

I'm almost positive Jeff Smith said last meeting he was bringing it to the brewery.

I've got one that I wanted to save for Tap & Cork. There's got to be more around. 1 each at zoo, swirca, and brew haha, plus the 1 I have reserve bottled, and tap&cork still leaves at least 5 more somewhere.
You gonna buy one, or be one?
.....I'm gonna be one!

I'll have to one I have ready for Saturday.

I had 2 BB Ole Ales (both came from Dwayne he didn't have room to keep them cool)
I also have 1 keg of the Ole Ale that did not make it into the barrel.
I took 1 of my(Dwayne) to SWIRCA and it got empty-ed I think.

Jack, what time do you need us at the brewery to load the carts? We can get one in your truck and one in mine I believe. We'll need help!

I can't be there until 3pm, that's when I'll be there.

I have a little bit of Cherry Brown, and I have a coffee stout.
