After six months in primary, took off the original 12-15# of pears and will set it back for a long winters nap! In dead of this coming winter will rack.

There's a disturbance in the Force...
I have no Old Ale or Stock Ale in the kegerator or even any fermenting.
(Not sure how this happened)
Tough times don't last, but tough people do...
The day I get back from Alaska there will be Old Ale brewing...
