Another round of Trappist Single. Used dark candi sugar this time, and reduced the bittering hops just a bit. Also trying out Lallemand Abbaye dry yeast.

Weizenbock! Didn't have any Munich or Vienna to compliment the wheat, so I used Maris Otter instead. Upped the Carafa Special III a bit to make up for color. Racked onto Dunkelweiss yeast cake. Holding temp at 64 F.

I have a Milk Stout brewing. First time using WPL001 and that sucker is going nuts. My fermenter popped so I had a bit of a mess but everything is secured now. I thought it was a gunshot so it made the movie we were watching that much better. Good times.

I have an IPA Clone from Sky that should be ready for Zoobrew. Can't wait to try it and I guess everyone else will be trying it for the first time as well on the 10th. I hope it's good!
