May 2011 Tech Topic: Speciality Malt Tea Tasting

Post by Chris Norrick » Wed May 04, 2011 8:40 pm

I'll soliciting some small amounts of speciality grain samples for the tea tasting at the May meeting. Please bring any grain you have not on my list that you think would be worthwhile to comparision test. Please bring them to Big Brew this Saturday. I'm unsure the amount needed to make a tea, but a quarter pound should be plenty I think. I'm really unsure the amount to brew. A gallon each? If so I might limit it to around 10 grains this round.
