Eric Watson
For those of you that remember Eric. He fell off a 30' fermenter. He's in the hospital. I'm not sure how bad it is. He made some Facebook posts so he is recovering.

Brewing can be a dangerous occupation.
Hope he recovers quickly.

He is a self-employed consultant to the alcoholic beverage industry. His business is Alcoholis Beverage Consultants. He has been designing & installing small distilleries. I think his current location is Sante Fe, NM.
