Guinness Dry Stout clone on tap pouring through a stout faucet with co2 only. Sitting on 15 psi @ 45-50 deg. Nice creamy head and beautiful cascade. I think nitrogen may be overrated. Now that it is carbonated I am going to back it down to 10 psi. It may be a little higher carbonation then "recommended" but I can live with it. It pours just about like what you get in a bar. You can even put a fancy design in the foam on top...
