Set up starts at 4pm.
If your beer doesn't come out exactly right, call a brew-over!

Well, I'm back from Florida and it looks like Don has things under control with the cart and we have enough beer. I will pick up canpoy this evening and have lights. I will bring extension cords and computer. The long cable came for the digital flat screen yesterday and it seems we are really good to go!
Looking forward to it!
Thanks for all the help and don't forget to wear your ORANGE!
Yes, setup starts at four and event starts at six and ends at nine.

If anybody can get their hands on giant fans will help out a lot too.
You gonna buy one, or be one?

My brother will bring two of them. Are we going to have enough extension cords?

Just my 2 cents: John M. I love your Belgian Blonde, but we have no stout; keep the stout.

I will be bringing the Watermelon Wheat, but I will also be filling in
another missing style, a Brown. I will have it self-contained with it's
own chilling,tap and gas.

Another 2 cents: I say the more styles that we can offer our fans, the better. Why limit ourselves to only 12 taps???? The reserve beers only stand a chance of being served if we run out of the primary beers and then they will only be enjoyed by those who stay late. We all have enough hardware to provide for as many kegs as we can bring and in years past, this has not been an issue.

KLUNKK!! (the sound of me jumping off of my soapbox)

I agree Dewayne! We never run out of beer at SWIRCA. That might be due to having 25+ beers. We might need all the beer we can bring. I've heard there are 600-800 presale tickets sold already. After all we're getting top billing at this event.

I spoke with Chris Norrick. Does anyone have some club cards, literature, for our informational table? Chris is out of town, and can't bring them. He mentioned there are a few at the co-op if we could grab them. I can't do it.
I'll bring some brewing display products. Including a bubbling jug.(no spewing this year though).

You assume that the locals even know what a porter is!
Normally, they will drink anything free and with or without "bubbles"!
Can somebody bring a clean corny filled with just water so we can flush out the cart?

Just in case we need it, I'll bring an extra corny of Octoberfest and a cobra. Also an extra 20 lb CO2.
