My Oktoberfest is four days into week three @ 50 deg....still bubbling away!!!

Man...this is going to take forever!!!

Relax. It will be ready by October.

Don't get in a hurry -- you still have to lager it for three months at 40F.....

Moved it over in to a keg on March 4th. Stuffed it in the back of the kegerator with no co2. Reach in once a day to relieve any pressure so the yeast won't get over burdened. Still hearing a small amount of co2 release each time so I guess all is still working away. My plan is to let is sit for as long as I can. Hopefully 4-6 months. I guess I need to keep brewing the fast wheat's in the mean time so I don't run out of beer....
