New Beer Bar in Owensboro

Interesting lineup of beers on tap. This may be a good excuse to make my first visit to Owensboro.

That's the first place in this area I've seen that carries New Holland Brewing Company beer of any kind, much less their Dragon's Milk, which is an excellent bourbon barrel aged ale.

I always have to hit up the New Holland Brewery pub when I'm in Zeeland/New Holland, MI for work.

Finally, a good reason to head to Owensboro!

That does look good. I've had that Blanche De Chambly and really liked it. Glad to see that on tap as well as the other good selection of Belgian beers.

I'm good friends with the sister of the owner. I'm not sure if they are open yet. I'll try to get the inside scoop asap.

Just checked their page and it is showing the expected opening as "soon", but they are already selling gift certificates and admission to a New Year's party. ???

This new beer joint is suppose to open up this Tuesday Dec.22 at 3pm
