The AHA has moved the status to "Permitted" after conferring with Kentucky. Since they don't have a law directly forbidding it, they default to the federal law allowing it.

Just don't bring any to a meeting! ...
According to Kentucky Alcohol Beverage Control, homemade beer cannot be gifted or shared.

Some people say the glass is half empty.
Some say it's half full.
I just want to know who's drinking my damn beer!

Does that apply if the beer is taken out of state? I suppose one could always "lose" some of it and someone else could "find" it and bring it to a meeting as a "mystery" beer...Michael Erwin wrote:Just don't bring any to a meeting! ...
