Yeah, Jeff sorry I don't always think about every step. I purge for a few seconds as well to clear the Oxygen. However I always cold carbonate as the CO2 will dissolve into the solution more readily at lower temps. If I'm strapped for cold space, I do like Don and just purge the oxygen and let it sit at room temp until I've got space. Then I charge it for 3 days and consume merrily. John's got some good tips too about keeping your lines clean. I always run sanitizer through the lines with each product change as well. Now if we could just teach some of our local bars to do that. :?
