Hey Guys,
This was a good brew day!!
Everything went as planned...had some trouble reading original gravity. Preboil was 1.060 which (I believe) makes my mash efficiency %77?
Not sure at all if that is correct. Learned a lot, like 7 gallons is darn heavy. Took awhile to get the fermenter going, I plan on using a starter next time.
So far, so good. I'll let you know how it turns out.
