I have a 'Dark Brown Ale'inthe carboy,10days into 2ndary.I gave a gentle strir at about 1.020(5th day)and got new airlock action on day 6.Day 8 it's flat again.
Day 10 I'm seeing 5 or 6 small clusters of foam on top but air lock is flat.Never saw this happen before.Tastes ok,smells ok.Nice and clear(no mirk).
Should I be concerned about the clusters?[they're about 1/4" diameter average]
No gravity checked today.

It just sounds to me like you still have some strong yeast floculating at the surface like they are meant to do. You might put your carboy in the fridge for a week if you can. The colder temps will help them drop out. Otherwise, I wouldn't worry about it. I like me some suspended yeast in the bottles/kegs.
