This post will cover some of the new message board features.
Starting up on the upper left in the black bar, you will see a ^A symbol. Clicking this will cycle through three universal font sizes (to match the font size to your age.)
To the right of this is a quick Search bar.
Under the logo is the User Control Panel. This has tons of options. You can change all sorts of display options, manage your avatar, signature, attachments, etc. here.
One last thing for this post.
I've implemented a YouTube embedding function. Just click the "youtube" button right under the subject line and paste the video url in between the BBCode tags and it will embed right in the post.

If I have word censors set for cursing, etc on the whole board (which I don't), this will turn it on or off at the user level.
