I just got off of a week of 16 to 18 hour days (and 4 hour nights) and we've got most everyones power restored, thanks to Hurricane Ike.
I've had two batches fermenting and planned to keg them last Sunday.
I also lost my power for 4 days and who knows the results of these batches.
I want to name my beers in memory of Hurricane Ike, using Ike & Tina for the names.
I have a Oatmeal Stout and a English IPA
Maybe Ike-n-Oak Stout, and Tina ????????? IPA anyone have any ideas?
